GE MATCHING FUNDS

General Education has funds available for the development or improvement of courses certified to fulfill GE requirements. Applications are accepted anytime throughout the year. Funds are distributed on a matching basis; that is, in amounts equivalent to the level of funding provided by departments, colleges, or a combination of the two. Travel funding requests for professional teaching and learning conferences may also be included.

How to apply:

1. Download the GE Matching Funds Application Form
2. Complete the form along with project description, budget, and assessment plan
3. Receive approval and signatures from both department chair and college dean
4. Submit application to General Education 350 MSRB or electronically to christopher_oscarson@byu.edu
